I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young women who have experienced anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe environment for women and children to promote the processing of emotions, life challenges, and changes. I will work alongside caregivers to help instill hope, growth, and healing using an evidence-based approach. I work best with individuals who process emotions through play as well as parents working to help their children through what they are experiencing.
