Accepting new clients in 2026 - welcome! I work with adolescents and adults who are going through emotional and relational challenges, often involving feelings of persistent sadness or hopelessness, anxiety, stress due to life transitions, and symptoms of past trauma. I believe in the equal importance of your inner world and your environment when promoting wellbeing, and use compassion, curiosity and humor in my work. I genuinely feel that the relationship between therapist and client, when paired with an approach that best fits the needs of the client, is key in healing and moving forward. Talking with someone can help with perspective and feelings of empowerment when coping with problems and emotions! With any of the therapeutic approaches that I use, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I apply a trauma-informed lens where appropriate.
