In my practice of 35 years I have helped my patients overcome emotional blocks that had once impeded living fully in the present. I embrace a mind/body approach combining relational psychotherapy with Somatic Experiencing, CBT , Internal Family Systems ( IFS) and mindfulness. I also employ EMDR and hypnotherapy to address problems stemming from trauma.
