I am a licensed clinical social worker and registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings as well as the medical hospital setting. I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, chronic health conditions and trauma. I am a certified EMDR therapist and have completed MB-EAT (Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Training). I work with individuals, couples and families and believe in a collaborative approach to treatment. My treatment approaches vary and are customized to meet the needs of each individual client.
