I will join with you to help tolerate immediate concerns, to develop effective techniques for you, and if you want, explore further possibilities for more satisfying relationships and life. I'm experienced in both brief, solution-focused therapy, and exploratory deep therapy. I offer clients an empathic, collaborative and individually-focused therapeutic relationship: the surprising paradox of relationship is how we become more true to ourselves by fully being with someone else.
