Hi there! I'm Jane (she/her). I am passionate about the complex, overwhelming and extraordinary phenomenon that is the human experience. I'd be honored to support you on your journey. My approach in a nutshell will be to help you get to know your nervous system and channel its innate ability to keep you safe. We'll work together to understand why you're stuck. Then, we'll start breaking down old patterns and replacing them with ways of being that serve you better. My style is warm and relational. I have training in EMDR, IFS, and SFT. I am an actively engaged provider that invites honesty.
