I provide services to individuals, couples, and families. I practice a relationship-based psychodynamic approach to therapy. I am certified in EMDR and trained in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). I also offer clinical supervision and EMDR consultation services for practitioners. From a range of evidence-based practices, I tailor therapy sessions to the needs of individual clients, finding creative solutions to match a client's unique challenges. I have been working in the mental health field since 2002, in wilderness therapy settings, community mental health systems, hospitals, palliative care, and private practice.
