I work with anyone dealing with any kind of problem or conflict within themselves, interpersonal, romantic, work, family, etc. The goal is to help people gain insight into the nature of their situation, as well as help them develop the skills for taking action and making changes that help them feel in control and happier. I also work with couples to help them deal with anger management, resolving betrayal and infidelity issues, and developing better communication skills (including listening skills and empathy for understanding and relating). I'm the author of five books about navigating relationships.
