Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Jane and I am a resident in counseling and LGPC specializing in helping individuals navigate through grief, people-pleasing tendencies, and anxiety. Through a combination of empathy, compassion, and evidence-based therapy techniques, I help my clients find healing and peace in the midst of their struggles. Most importantly, working together to understand the root of their feelings and behaviors is a vital part of our work.
