Hello! I’m Jane, a therapist practicing since 2003, supporting individuals through a wide range of life’s challenges. I specialize in helping clients heal from grief, and the impact of trauma. I also work with individuals living with depression, anxiety, or who are facing major life transitions. I have a passion for working with immigrants and individuals from diverse and/or marginalized communities. Creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space is at the core of my practice. I focus on building genuine, trusting relationships with my clients, empowering them to work toward their goals in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.
