From campfires to coping skills—my journey to mental health began with kids. I’ve always been passionate about working with children, starting as a camp counselor and assistant daycare teacher. Those early experiences lit a spark in me—a deep commitment to supporting children and their families through life’s ups and downs. That passion naturally led me to a career in mental health. While children and adolescents are where my passions began, I believe that healing and growth are possible at any stage of life. I welcome clients of all ages!
