My background is in addiction counseling and I like to look at the ‘whole’ person. I understand the pressures individuals and families face, especially during these times. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults and teens. Therapy is unique for each individual. I am well versed in a variety of therapeutic approaches such as looking at how our thoughts and feelings impact our behaviors. I love working with my ADHD clients and their non-ADHD spouses.
