I believe each person I work with has their own unique situation. We work together to discover strengths and then use those strengths to work through the issues in which they struggle. Common struggles include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, attachment, parenting and addiction. I bring a variety of techniques and many years experience to help break through the pain and find the hope. I am trained in EMDR and have experience working in treatment centers, psychiatric hospitals as well as years of private practice.
