I am a Northern Virginia native, dog enthusiast, PCOS warrior, dessert lover, & an Asian American licensed clinical independent social worker (LICSW) serving adults in their 20s & 30s in Washington D.C. & Virginia. When it comes to my approach in therapy, I am authentic, intentional, and collaborative. Life is hard and there is no manual on how to deal with all the challenges that we face, I get that. That’s exactly why I am adamant on creating a safe and comfortable space for my clients to be heard, seen, and understood. I want my sessions to feel connected and conversational, so that you feel at-ease to be vulnerable. I want you to walk away knowing that I am in your corner throughout the entire process. My goal is to work alongside you as you navigate your challenges, rewrite your narrative, and speak towards your worth, and to equip you to be the best version of yourself.
