For 30 years, I have enjoyed assisting clients in working through a range of problems including anxiety and depression, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, career concerns, life transitions and creative blocks. My style is integrative and I tailor my approach to the specific needs of each client. I specialize in working with couples who are struggling with communication and intimacy problems. I work collaboratively to help both individuals and couples find a greater sense of well-being.
