Sometimes life's problems seem more than we can manage on our own. We struggle with relationships. We feel depressed. We may think being angry or anxious is just part of our personality. But we don't realize how much power we have to change the way we think, which can change the way we feel. I have been helping people for nearly 30 years with relationship issues, depression, anxiety and difficult life transitions. As the married mother of four, I have years of experience, both personal and professional, with parenting and the challenges it brings. I especially enjoy working with couples, including same-sex couples, on issues of intimacy, infidelity and effective communication.
