I believe "the right" therapeutic relationship is the key to successful therapy. My approach focuses on creating a safe and empathetic space that is both collaborative and client-centered. I provide specialized therapy to individuals, couples, and families seeking to improve their emotional and mental health, relationships, and overall life experience. I utilize Attachment, Relational, and Interpersonal Theories, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help identify and change negative thought patterns, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT) to help identify practical strategies to achieve goals.
