Jane uses a narrative therapy approach with her clients to allow them to find their voice and explore their lives and the meanings they have placed on their experiences. With patience and compassion, she guides her clients to view their problems separately from themselves and supports the reconstruction of their personal narratives. She believes in empowering her clients to understand that their problems do not define them.
