I'm a licensed mental health counselor specializing in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, & stress in both adolescents & adults. During my time at the Boston Harbor Christian Counseling Center, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals & couples from varying age groups, genders, religions, & social/academic backgrounds. My clients have ranged from college students to professionals to retirees.
