Reaching out for therapy can feel awkward—especially when unpacking trauma, identity, or intimacy. I have so much respect for people who reach out, as I know how hard it is. As a sex therapist with advanced training in trauma therapy and couples work, I support individuals and partners navigating anxiety, relationship issues, and healing. My approach blends cultural humility, humor, and deep presence. I center queer affirming, intersectional care and I fight fiercely for those who’ve been overlooked or misunderstood. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about reclaiming your story and moving toward wholeness.
