I believe that the working relationship between client and counselor is the most important component in therapy. While self-exploration is exciting and rewarding, therapy can be difficult and emotionally taxing. Because of this, my main goal is to assure that my clients feel heard and supported throughout the healing process. I do this by meeting my clients where they are, communicating openly, asking for feedback, and providing encouragement. I prioritize cultural competency and enjoy working with people who come from different backgrounds.
