Maybe your life has been utterly turned upside-down. Or maybe your marriage feels empty, conflictual, or painful, so different than you ever imagined, and you don't know the way back to goodness. It is an honor to enter into those difficult places with you, as I listen with deep compassion. Together, we will work to navigate these difficult challenges, heal hurting places and fulfill deep longings you hold for self and your relationships. My training at Northwestern and Princeton, alongside of my extensive experience providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families for over 19 years, equips me with a road map of sorts to help you in your unique path forward. I also have specialized training in recovery from trauma and healing and strengthening intimate/family relationships.
