Are you feeling anxious about what is going on in your life or what might happen in the future? Are you carrying painful memories from the past that seem to quietly shape how you see yourself and relate to others? Or are you feeling hurt by ongoing conflicts, emotional distance, or infidelity in your relationships? I offer a nonjudgmental, safe space where we can do do some hard but really wonderful work of healing for you and your relationship. My areas of passion and expertise are working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families through anxiety, trauma, grief, relational, cross-cultural, and intergenerational challenges.
