I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and young adults in the area of addressing topics such as: Trauma, anxiety, depression, personal growth, career focus and exploration, athletes, relationship challenges, dating, self-love, communication, parenting challenges, setting healthy boundaries, healing, decision making, women's issues, pre-/present/post-pregnancy, and overall life transitions.
