I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and emotional regulation. Many of my clients are navigating school-related stress, peer conflict, or life transitions that feel overwhelming. I help by creating a safe, collaborative space where we can explore challenges and build practical coping tools. My approach integrates solution-focused strategies, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and a deep understanding of how environment and relationships impact mental health. In our first few sessions, you can expect to share what brings you to therapy, set goals, and begin developing I have worked with families for the last 12 years in a school setting, and community setting. I learned to work with the family in their homes and collaborate with community resources to maintain family cohesiveness.
