Janeen draws from a variety of treatment approaches and believes in Christian Counseling to address and heal therapeutic concerns, individual problems and broken relationships with a spiritual, faith-based approach. From a clinical standpoint, Janeen uses CBT, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and Family Systems to meet the needs of her patients. Janeen has over 4 years experience working as a Social Worker with children, adolescents and families in the foster care system before she entered into private practice as a licensed Therapist.
