As a therapist, I provide a non-judgmental space to help clients that are feeling stuck, conflicted, or anxious gain clarity, awareness and feel in control. Through thought-provoking questions and mindfulness skills, I guide clients to build confidence and take actionable steps toward change. My goal is to empower clients to feel more in control, less anxious, and calm as they navigate life’s challenges. I am my clients partner towards feeling CALM and in CONTROL of their life! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Health and Wellness Coach with 13 years of experience.
