I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated for positive change in their life. It can be difficult at times to see the path to positive change especially when everyday life is difficult or triggering and I am here to help make that path easier. Sometimes, you may just be having a difficult time and that is a good time to seek therapy to find the answers to the questions of "Why?" and "How to get better?" I am here to help you unlock those answers and facilitate change that you want in your life.
