I’m passionate about working with women seeking self love, self compassion, romantic love and love for others. I enjoy supporting people to nurture themselves, accept their value and learn that healing themselves is a political act of resistance and decolonization. I often work with First Gen women. Exploring what their parents (from around the world) brought with them- traditions, practices, ways of thinking, and maybe intergenerational trauma. With some, we'll do a deep dive into what it feels like to be you, and what you've been through. Seeking therapy is a strength, an act of courage, a journey inward, outward, and forward.
