My work is guided by my desire to help individuals deepen their understanding of themselves and how they engage with the world. If you are interested in life coaching I can help you as well! I employ a strengths based approach in my work with a focus on making sure my clients increase their understanding of their strengths and to improve their resiliency. Clients have shared that our time together has improved their relationships with others, increased their self esteem and began to release the burdens of generational trauma.
