My personal life experience has guided my professional focus toward helping clients build resilience and successfully navigate life’s adversities. Sometimes, it can feel like life is dealing us more than we can handle. It is full of complications, difficult circumstances and unforeseen changes that can have a significant impact on our well-being and the health of our relationships. I take a systemic approach treatment, taking into consideration each client’s biological, psychological, social, and spiritual contexts. My therapy room is a safe haven to lay down burdens and gain insight with non-judgmental support.
