During my life's journey and work in counseling I have walked through many areas and topics toward healing. With over 20 years of experience in counseling, 15 years of a more trauma and addiction approach, 2026 brings a transition to focus on anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, addiction recovery, relationship issues and more. Services are being offered via Telehealth to adults and couples. I am licensed in Wyoming. However, due to the new Counseling Compact (2025), I am now offering Telehealth to people in states that are also members of the Compact.
