Hello, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals and couples seeking healing, growth and restoration. I serve clients navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, physical illnesses and everyday life stressors. My goal is to provide a safe space in which my clients can feel heard, supported, validated, understood and empowered. My goal is to provide real world coping skills that will help my clients build confidence and create meaningful change. During our first session, we will focus on getting to know one another while creating a safe, comfortable space for you to share. I'll review confidentiality and the counseling process and you will have time to ask any questions you may have. We will begin goal setting while a work to better understand what brings you to counseling and your strengths.
