I work with teens and adults, with my areas of focus being trauma, attachment, gender identity, sex and sexuality, relationships, and neurodiversity. If you are struggling with your sense of self or relationships due to past traumatic events, systemic oppression, depression, or anxiety, I may be able to help. Many of us have been disconnected from ourselves and others due to dysfunctional family, other relational dynamics, or systems of power and oppression. My goal is to assist you in identifying how these experiences may be impacting your well-being, rediscovering your authentic self, and stepping into your truth and dignity.
