I am dedicated to working alongside young adults, college students, athletes, professionals, and executives who appear to have it all together on the outside but feel anxious, reactive, and emotionally drained on the inside. “I don’t look like what I’m going through.” With experience in intensive outpatient and inpatient settings, I have supported individuals facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, aggression, suicidal thoughts, and self-injurious behaviors. Grounded in empathy and compassion, my approach helps clients manage intense emotions, strengthen coping skills, and achieve lasting emotional balance and personal growth.
