Welcome, I am excited to work with individual adult client's addressing their concerns. Our sessions are a time to get things off of your mind/out of your body. We will look at what is inhibiting your progress. You have the greatest wisdom of your life; you have a profound say in the work we do. I am grateful to be in service to diverse populations, and cultures of people. I work with adults managing anxiety, grief/loss, relationship conflict, women's issues, and self-identity. My clients have a positive experience during therapy. I am engaged, interactive, encouraging, authentic, and trustworthy.
