Most folks who find their way to me are incredibly hard workers. They’ve survived by striving to manage their emotions, overcome their fears, and hold back problematic impulses, not to mention managing everyone around them. By the time they meet me, they may be exhausted, or they may be so entrenched in the endless struggle to feel well that it just feels normal.
