They experience anxiety, depression, and hopelessness as a result of the rut they're in, yet they fear change. My clients are introspective and want someone to walk beside them as they navigate a new path in life - whether they are feeling burned out in their career, struggling as new parents, navigating a separation, or recommitting to their relationship.
