About

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with young adults, parents, couples, and families. My therapeutic focus includes relationship conflict, parenting concerns, attachment-based traumas, repairing infidelity, and mood disorders. I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore challenges, strengthen relationships, and make meaningful change through collaborative, goal-oriented work. I earned my M.S. in Marriage & Family Therapy from Northwestern University and trained at The Family Institute, working with individuals, couples, and families. My approach draws from Integrated Systemic Therapy, tailoring techniques to each client’s unique needs.
