My ideal client is someone navigating life after past harmful behaviors, often while involved in the justice system. They are ready to take accountability and explore the roots of their actions. Many have complex histories shaped by trauma, shame, and disconnection. They seek a nonjudgmental space to build insight, emotional regulation, and healthier relationships. I use a strength-based approach grounded in CBT and the Good Lives Model to support lasting, meaningful change.
