It can be rough out there for queer and trans folks, artists, activists, folks in helping professions, and really anyone who's working hard to show up with care and integrity. When you add trauma, anxiety, religious trauma, family conflict, self-harming or self-destructive urges, overwhelm, and relationship challenges - well, who WOULDN'T want or need a space to process, be messy, and be held with care? It's my honor to be able to offer that space to my clients. My therapeutic style is collaborative, and grounded in my values of anti-oppression, social justice, and liberation. I know that talk-therapy won't solve the world's problems, but it can help you navigate them, and show up the way you want to for yourself and others. I work with clients in Colorado and Wyoming.
