Welcome and hello! My name is Janelle. I'm a therapist, a mom, a partner, and just your average messy human. I love what I do and I love the people I get to spend time with each day. I believe that all who enter my office have their own wisdom and truth and I work to find that and teach you how to trust it. I use tools and resources to help you feel whole and congruent and to go forward with your own power. We'll laugh, we'll cry, we'll heal. It'll sometimes be uncomfortable. But I promise you won't be alone. I believe people change and heal best in a safe relationship. I also believe that talk therapy is limited and by itself doesn't lead to the healing most desire. For that reason I combine traditional talk therapy with other methods that take healing deeper: EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Art therapy.
