Hi! I am a self-esteem and ADHD specialist. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who works with adults. My passion is in helping individuals struggling with negative body image, executive function issues and/or depression, work on building up their self-esteem, learn about their brain, decrease perfectionism and anxiety, and develop healthy relationships. I help my clients to develop a deeper sense of self-worth, examine old behavior patterns and create new ones, learn boundary setting, and build a balanced and fulfilling life.
