Hello and welcome to my practice! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and transitions. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and have had the privilege of working with diverse populations-including older adults, veterans, and young adults. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to support personal growth, resilience, and meaningful change. In our first session together, we will begin with brief introductions to get a feel for one another, before exploring the specific challenges you are facing. This initial conversation will allow me to develop a personalized plan to guide our work together in future sessions.
