I am passionate about working with late teens, young adults, and adult women. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, burnout, low self-worth, perfectionism, and body image. I specialize in treating college students, helping professionals, and those who are navigating stressful life transitions. Many of my clients starting out would describe themselves as “people pleasers” with overachieving tendencies who are ready to let go of these behaviors and are seeking balance in their lives.
