Writing about therapy is hard, particularly if you are not inclined to use tree or water metaphors. Instead, I invite you to reach out if you are an anxious, perfectionistic (don't stop reading because you think you aren't perfect enough to be a perfectionist) individual who is struggling anywhere on the disordered eating to eating disorder spectrum. Throw in a liberal arts education, and we might be a great fit. I primarily work with older adolescents (17+), young adults, and early career helping professionals (therapists, social workers, nurses, med students, etc).
