My ideal client feels overwhelmed by the weight of everyday life and alone in what they’re carrying. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, or emotional burnout—appearing “fine” on the outside while feeling exhausted, trapped, or disconnected inside. They want more than quick relief—they want to feel seen, supported, and understood. In therapy, we’ll create a safe space to explore what’s beneath the surface, build coping tools, and strengthen self-worth so they can heal, grow, and feel like themselves again.
