I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. My therapeutic process involves working in collaboration with clients, in a person-entered, solution and strengths based approach. I respect the courage and trust it takes to engage in therapy, and pace sessions to the comfort of my client. We will work together within a holistic and contextual lens to understand the presenting concerns, and develop skills and solutions that empower you to meet your goals. My focus is primarily working with adults.
