I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, 35 years of experience helping individuals break free from symptoms of PTSD; trauma; sexual assault; physical, emotional abuse; childhood trauma; domestic violence; depression; anxiety; and substance abuse. We work together in a uniquely effective way assisting you to become free from these mental health symptoms and truly live a life worth living! I provide Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Parts Work (IFS), Brain Spotting therapy and Memory Reconsolidating Re-processing. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and EMDRIA approved Consultant. I also provide Consultation to EMDR therapists.
