Everyone encounters difficulties throughout life, and sometimes these challenges can feel overwhelming and hard to navigate alone. Whether stemming from a single event or accumulated stressors over time, unresolved experiences can lead to lasting emotional distress and interfere with daily functioning. My goal is to provide professional support that helps you process these experiences and move forward. I work with teens and adults navigating symptoms of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and related challenges. My clinical focus centers on trauma and abuse recovery, and I support individuals through major life transitions including changes in relationships or identity, health issues, and experiences of grief and loss.
